Two episodes from Steven Seagal's television series TRUE JUSTICE put together to make one feature length film, ANGEL OF DEATH. With his Special Investigations Unit destroyed and being known for his sniper skills, Elijah Kane (Steven Seagal) is recruited by the government to work as an operative for the CIA. He is assigned to a mission to kill someone who they cannot get at in the traditional way and need Kane's special skill set to do it.
